Steam Trap Analysis

Spectrocity uses the latest technology with combined ultrasonic and thermal camera to graphically display steam trap functionality.  Steam generation is expensive and losses can be significant for companies using many traps.

Surveying and Reporting

All traps are labelled with ID numbers for identification.  A comprehensive report including results of each steam trap surveyed is complied.  Any major issues are reported to the customer on the day of inspection.  The report is usually issued within 3 to 4 days of the survey completion.
